UCIL offers two University preparation courses designed for High School students and young adults preparing for University studies. These courses are formatted using the same curriculum and workload offered by USA Universities, allowing students to get a feel of what classes will be like. In addition, students can post the course syllabus and textbook on their University applications.
These courses are offered in an 8-week format and include live class sessions once a week with Dr. Johnny. Weekly courseware includes students' weekly posts, chapter quizzes, chapter assignments, and a midterm and final exam.

·       MGT 1 - Introduction to Business Administration: A survey in business providing a multidisciplinary examination of how culture, society, economic systems, legal, international, political, financial institutions, and human behavior interact to affect a business organization's policy and practices within the U.S. and a global society. Demonstrates how these influences impact the primary areas of business including: organizational structure and design; leadership, human resource management, organized labor practices; marketing; organizational communication; technology; entrepreneurship; legal, accounting, financial practices; the stock and securities market; and therefore, affect the ability of a business to achieve its organizational goals.

MGT1 - Business Administration classes begin Monday, November, 20, 2023 and consist of online and a Zoom meeting once a week (time and day To Be Determined). Zoom meetings are archived and recorded, and Dr. Johnny's office hours vary and can be scheduled in advance by appointment via Zoom. The total cost for this 3-Unit Course is USD 947.00 and includes setup, license fee, Digital textbook, quizzes, assignments, case studies, and exams.

·       ENTR 1 – Entrepreneurship: This interactive Entrepreneurship course enables students to engage in the fundamental aspects of creatively developing frameworks of passion and purpose as a means of personal empowerment and wealth. Students will examine how others overcame adversity and achieved success. A cross-disciplinary course helps students understand business model generation by examining customer segments, profitability, identifying business goals, developing strategic objectives, critical success factors, and key performance indicators for entrepreneurial endeavors. Students will learn how to filter business opportunities, project whether business opportunities can be scalable, identify and validate potential markets, and estimate profitability. While engaging students in the process of assessing target markets, implementing a market validation strategy and interpreting primary and secondary research to create effective plans and forecasts. The course illustrates how targeting the market can reduce marketing costs and increase effectiveness. It also discusses common marketing mistakes and the limits of market research.

Most University Professors teach from a textbook, whereas I make the textbook come to life by incorporating my real-world experiences into the classroom.
